Irrespective of what you get out of listening to the show, I must point out that everyone experiences different levels of stress and trauma in life. Because of this, it is important that we take a minute to review what is going on with us. This helps us to recognize when the pressure is becoming too much.
If you find that your everyday life is starting to feel overwhelming or causing you to feel anxious, it might be a sign that you need to take a break. If that doesn’t work, then you should consider seeking professional help.
It is important that you take care of yourself and manage your stress levels in order to lead a healthy and balanced life.

I would love to know your thoughts on today’s episode “Is Everyday Life Causing You Trauma? An author’s perspective”. Please leave a comment below.
I can completely relate to this post. So much can be going on that it can be so easy to be overwhelmed sometimes. I’ve definitely taken long breaks on my blog as well because of that, so take as breaks as you need! You deserve it with how long you’ve been blogging! I’m not sure how you’ve managed to be consistent and post about every week.
II also like to read like you. Or maybe I should say I used to. These days all I have time to read are textbooks. However, when I was a child, I liked reading so much I could spends hours binge reading. I would miss meals if my parents didn’t pay attention, as they would have to chase me in to bed at bed time to get me to stop reading!
I’m sorry about your mother. You’re right. That never truly heals. Im sorry that she never got to meet her grandchildren. I’m glad that your father got to meet the grandchildren at hopefully he’ll meet great grandchildren.
Sending you lots of virtual hugs 😀
Thank you for taking the time to listen to me pour out my heart. Sometimes, I think I’ve gotten my emotions in check then boom, everything flies out the window.
Lots of people think that I made a mistake going to my dad’s house to spend some time with him because I have not been able to work as much as I normally would and I am officially poor. But honestly, I have no regrets. I console myself by telling myself that no matter how bad things are, no one can kick me out of the planet eheheheh
I’ve been reading for as long as I can remember and my daughter has taken after me. I remember, when I was a teenager and my mum would send me to bed, I would sneak in a torch to the bedroom and read when everyone is asleep. Let’s be honest, who needs sleep when you can escape to a magically world?
