Brooke Sprowl, LCSW is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of My LA Therapy where she oversees and trains a team of clinicians. With over 10 years of experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families, her primary specializations include relationships, codependency, anxiety, and depression but she also offers treatment for concerns ranging from PTSD and sexual assault to OCD and LGBTQ issues.

Earning her Masters in Clinical Social Welfare with a specialization in Mental Health from UCLA and bachelor’s degrees in Neuroscience and Spanish from USC, she is passionate about applying her knowledge of the brain, biology, human behaviour, and communication to helping people transform their lives. In addition to her professional endeavours, she’s also a published poet, AA-rated beach volleyball player, and amateur singer.
