The Segilola Salami show is hosted by Segilola Salami who is also an author and a self-publishing strategist.   • My longest time without the internet was 5 days and that was only because I was overseas and didn’t have a mobile data plan. Incidentally, I was in London at that time! Robert has a point here – everyone seems to be connected but they don’t actually communicate! Great pearls of wisdom from Robert.

    • I totally get what Robert was saying. That’s why I have been reducing the number of things I do with my phone. I feel it has helped improve my life and I get to spend more quality time with my family rather than checking what’s going on on social media.
